It's May and Weather is finally starting to look up on the Mountain! Our May Drink of the Month is the Apple Elder-flower Martini! Ingredients: 1 oz Ridge Runner Fayette Springs Vodka 1 oz Elder-flower Liqueur 1 oz Apple Pucker 1/2 cup Apple Juice Instructions: Put Ingredients in Shaker with ice, shake, then strain into a chilled Martini glass. We are sorry to report that Harold Betters has recently developed Bell's Palsy. Unfortunately, will be unable to perform at the Christian Klay Winery this summer. This is his second bout. His first bout was about 20 years ago. The good news is that it will resolve itself and he is in great spirits.Thanks so much to all the fans for their support and hopefully he will be performing again soon.
