    Yesterday we were blessed to be the caterers of a charity event to raise money for veterans and children in crisis. This event was created in order to help veterans who don't have homes and also children who grew up in troubled homes. After 36 racks of ribs, 30 whole chickens, 50lb of pulled pork, mac n cheese, roasted potatoes, coleslaw, salad and corn bread it's safe to say we had a lot of very happy and hungry people! We're very happy and humbled to have been apart of this day and been able to donate to such a great cause for these awesome people who just happen to be in an unfortunate situation. We love to support great causes, keep Up in Smoke BBQ in mind for your next event!
