In exactly 14 days, the FDA’s formal public comment register on flavors closes. Time is of the essence for vapers to make their voices heard by submitting a formal comment regarding the Regulation of Flavors in Tobacco Products.
To date, only 13,922 public comments have been received.
As previously reported by Vape News in an opinion piece here, there might be some confusion between comments received to the Dr. Farsalinos survey and the FDA Flavor ANPRM. Over 69,000 individuals commented on that critical survey, but the FDA ANPRM needs a whole lot more public comments than where it currently stands.
If vapers are unsure if they have remitted their FDA ANPRM comments, they can verify in 3 easy steps. Please see the image below.
Click here to be taken to Regulations.gov to verify if your comment has been posted. If it’s there, your comment has been posted.
If your comment doesn’t appear, then click here to be taken to the Federal Register and click on Submit a Formal Comment.
Let’s keep pushing to get FDA100K!
