In defense of our shop I have to say something about things like this. This review is so unfair & reckless. If in fact what this person said is true, just simply return it to our shop so that we could replace, exchange or issue a full refund as our return policy states. We would have happily done so for this customer. Most people understand we do not make the hardware that we sell, and on occasion defective products appear. Under the guidelines of our return policy we will always make it right. Nobody is perfect although we try to be as close to it as possible, and our pricing is competitive & comparable to surrounding shops. My wife & I also work our full time day jobs in addition to working at our vape shop which is primarily manned by our son Jonny & my brother-in-law Tommy, and we have worked hard to build our family's business. We truly appreciate all of the support from all of our wonderful customers. I understand when you are online you put yourself out there for scrutiny, but this type of review in this instance is simply unfair. Ok, I'm done venting, it's Sunday & Happy Mother's Day to all of the Moms out there, we're open Noon til' 6!!!!!!👍
