(Makes you think it's about transportation. Right,? NOT!) Our illustrious elected officials removed the Cole/Bishop amendment. The main point of the bill was to change predicate date in the FDA Deeming Rule from Feb.15, 2007 to Aug. 8, 2016. (Only thing on the market back then, was maybe cig a like vape.) So everything else has to comply with the regulations. Easily costing from about hundred thousand to three hundred thousand per SKU / Item. Then can be rejected for no reason! -
